Jesus Escamilla

PRICE-Jesus Refugio Escamilla, age 54, passed away Nov. 12, 2009 in Price after a lengthy battle with Huntington’s Disease.
He was born in Los Angeles, Calif. on Dec. 14, 1954 to Ralph Angel and Estefana Alvarado Escamilla.
Before the disabling effects of Huntington’s Disease, Jesus enjoyed camping, fishing, motorcycle riding and scuba diving. He was always very active and he enjoyed the many friendships that he shared while working for Georgia Pacific and serving on the Bullhead City Volunteer Fire Department in Arizona.
Jesus loved spending time with his family and friends and he will always be remembered for his dedication to others.
He is survived by his brother, Ralph and his wife Debbie Escamilla, Price; daughter, Ashley Escamilla, brother, Jose and his wife Sylvia Escamilla, sister, Petra Escamilla, all of California; four nieces and three nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral service, Sat., Nov. 21, 2009, 2 p.m., Mitchell Funeral Home. Family will be at Mitchell’s Saturday one hour prior to services. Interment, Cliffview Cemetery, Price. Arrangements entrusted to Mitchell Funeral Home.
