PRICE-Our loving grandmother, friend and neighbor, Carol Lee Koskie Seely, age 65, passed tragically Dec. 2, 2009 from the results of a home fire.
She was born April 17, 1944 in Portland, Ore. to Jack and Naomi Hanley Koskie.
Married her beloved husband Thomas Curtis Seely, Jan. 19, 1963 in Dragerton, Utah; he died Feb. 20, 2005.
Carol was a loving friend to all and the most important part of her life was family and friends. She was an excellent listener and always found time for others. She was caring, compassionate, and a big fan of animals.
Carol was a longtime resident of the area and she shared a special bond with her family at Peczuh Printing. She loved cooking, sewing, crocheting, reading, playing bingo and cards. Carol was very competitive and when it came to cards, she played to win. She will be dearly missed by her family and a community of friends.
She is survived by her granddaughter, Krystle Marie Noyes, Price; grandson, Josh Davis, Price; brother-in-law, Stewart (Carolyn) Seely, Payson; sisters-in-law, Ada Lee Hansen, Nephi, Ann (Karl) Kent, Victorville, Calif.; and her constant companion, Angel.
Preceded in death by her parents, husband Tom; and her loving daughters, Jackie and Debra.
Funeral service was held, Saturday, Dec. 5, 2009, 11 a.m., Mitchell Funeral Home. Family received friends at Mitchell’s Saturday one hour prior to services. Interment, Cliffview Cemetery, Price.
