OGDEN/WELLINGTON-Tarina Siaperas Shepherd, age 36, had her life cut short in a tragic automobile accident on June 2, 2009.
She was born Sept. 17, 1972 in Price, Utah to John and Patty Siaperas Burr.
Married Kelly Shepherd in Ogden, they later divorced.
Tarina loved the outdoors, fishing, and camping with her sons Scott and Beau. She had a great imagination. She loved hiking, rock-n-roll and 70’s music. She loved to help others, especially her grandma Ileen. The most important part of her life were her two sons.
Tarina was currently employed with Hidden Splendor Resources, and will be dearly missed by all.
Tarina is survived by her parents, John and Patty Siaperas Burr, Layton; loving sons, Scott (20), Christopher (17), both of Ogden; brothers, Jesse Seabolt, Landun Burr, of Layton; grandmother, Ileen Siaperas, Wellington; and many loving aunts and uncles.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Nick Pete Siaperas.
Graveside services were held, Friday, June 5, 2009, 11:30 a.m., at the Wellington City Cemetery. Family received friends at Mitchell Funeral Home, 233 East Main Street in Price Friday morning from 9:30-11 a.m. Friends are welcome at Mitchell’s daily.
