The San Rafael Summerfest in Castle Dale was held in spite of the rainy day. Event organizers moved the childrens games to the inside the Emery County Recreation Building and they had games and prizes for the children in attendance.
The barbecue for a buck was a big draw and inside seating was also provided.
Following the games and dinner, the kid’s rodeo was moved into the Blue Sage Arena where everyone could enjoy the event without the mud.
Slushees and popcorn were served up by the Castle Dale Youth City Council.
