PRICE-Meredith Nichols, age 80 passed away quietly Oct. 8, 2009 in South Jordan, Utah. Meredith was born March 24, 1929 in Lewiston, Utah to Thomas Earl Miller and Audra Aller. Meredith married Max Eugene Nichols on Sept.10, 1968.
Meredith took pleasure in collecting things and had a collection of porcelain dolls and clocks. In her younger years, Meredith enjoyed ice skating and dancing. As she got older and had to slow down she still enjoyed watching ice skating both live and on television. She loved people and especially loved socializing with friends and family. One of the other things she really loved was to go “cruising” with her family to see the beauty the world had to offer. Meredith treasured her family and loved and appreciated her best friend, Francis Handley.
Meredith is survived by her loving husband, Max, her four children: Kathy (Dale) Shupe of South Jordan, Utah, Janice (Dominic) D’Ambrosio of Price, Utah, Thomas Lott of Mt. Pleasant, Utah, and Rodney (Audra) Lott of Elberta, Utah; 23 grandchildren; 43 great-grandchildren, and seven great-great-grandchildren; brothers and sister: Steven (Gloria) Aller of Phoenix, Ariz., Audrey (Lee) Child of West Haven, Utah, and Clinton (Charlotte) Miller of Meridian, Idaho.
She is preceded in death by her parents; and son, Sidney Lott.
Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, Oct. 13, 2009 at 11 a.m. at the Price First Ward Chapel (500 East 150 South). A viewing will be held from 10-10:45 a.m. prior to the services at the church. Interment will be in the Cliffview Cemetery. Services are in the care of Fausett Mortuary. Family and friends may sign the guest book and share memories of Meredith at www.fausettmortuary.com.
