PRICE-Kurt LaVon Davis, age 48, passed away Feb. 14, 2010 in Provo, Utah surrounded by his family. He was born Oct. 13, 1961 to Belmont E Davis and Rita Maurine Jensen Alderson. He married Betty Lynn Mortenson on Sept. 11, 2009.
Kurt was born and raised in Price, Utah. He enjoyed being a mechanic and fixing cars, also he went to carpentry school in Montana. His biggest enjoyment came from helping others.
He is survived by his wife, mother, stepdaughter: Melissa Mortensen, sister: Nita (Charles) Prue, brothers: Richard K. Herzet, and Drake E. Davis and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and friends.
Kurt was preceded in death by his father, Belmont.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday Feb. 17, 2010 at 2 p.m. at Fausett Mortuary (680 East 100 South, Price). A viewing will be held from 12:30-1:45 p.m. prior to the services at the mortuary.
