PRICE-Our courageous little Xander Archuleta passed away on April 23, 2010 at Primary Children’s Medical Center after a five year battle with Leukemia.
He was born on Aug. 14, 2003 in Price, Utah to Troy and Mandy Hansen Archuleta.
Xander had a passion for trains and he loved to take motorcycle rides with his dad. He loved to camp, hunt, ride his power wheel jeep and play with his friends. Xander could talk your ear off or not say a word, but either way he touched your heart.
Survived by his parents, Mandy Archuleta and Mike Andreini, Troy (Lindsey) Archuleta; sisters, Madison, Dominique and Kati; grandparents, Ryan and Dorthy Hansen, Lynn and Mary Jane Archuleta, and Timothy Ponzini; great-grandparents, Mark and Orcelia Archuleta, Larry and Priscilla Haines and many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
Xander was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, LeRoy and Mary Knittle, DeMar and Katie Hansen, John and Nell Barnett; and his uncle, Blue Samples.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to Sherry King, Kathy Vance, Castleview Hospital, all local doctors and the entire community for their many acts of kindness to Xander and his family.
Funeral service, Thursday, April 29, 2010, 11 a.m., Mitchell Funeral Home. Family will be at Mitchell’s Wednesday evening from 6-8 p.m. and Thursday one hour prior to service.
