Karissa Michelle Kinder Anderson passed away at her home in Huntington on Sunday Sept. 12, 2010. She was born on Jan. 4, 1976 in Ogden, Utah to Donald Bruce Kinder and Barbara Lynne Opheikens.
She married TJ Anderson on Oct. 31, 1998.
Karissa enjoyed cooking, baking, camping and spending time with her friends and family.
She is survived by her husband TJ Anderson, her daughter Tarissa Anderson, a step-daughter Zoey Tozzi, her mother Barbara Lynn of Roy, her father Donald Kinder of Huntington, two brothers, one sister, nieces, nephews, and many other family and friends.
She was preceded in death by two children Trey Anderson and Kaytee Anderson, grandparents Bruce and Rhoda Kinder and Robert and Dorothy Opheikens.
Graveside services will be held Tuesday, Sept.14 at 1 p.m. at the Huntington City Cemetery. The family asks that in lieu of flowers donations be made to the Heritage Funeral Home to assist in covering the burial expenses.
