HELPER-Our loving father, son, brother and uncle, David Reeves Tweed, age 38, passed away suddenly March 16, 2010 in Wichita, Kan.
He was born on July 14, 1971 in Provo, Utah to Ronald Terry and Loretta Godfrey Tweed.
Married May Sommer, Feb. 18, 1992 in Helper, Utah; they later divorced.
David was a longtime resident of Carbon County. He was a graduate of the Century Christian Academy and later attended the College of Eastern Utah. David loved four-wheeling in Moab, going to stock car races, and riding his mountain bike on the San Rafael. He also enjoyed watching movies and playing cards with family and friends.
David shared a special love with his daughter Kristy and he will be sorely missed by all.
Survived by his daughter, Kristy Tweed, Wichita, Kan.; father, Ron Tweed Sr., Helper; brother, Ronald (Joy) Tweed, Wichita, Kan.; nieces and nephew, Miriah, Kevin and Sarah.
David was preceded in death by his mother, Loretta Tweed; and brother, Joey Tweed.
Funeral service, Wednesday, March 24, 2010, 11 a.m., Mitchell Funeral Home. Family will be at Mitchell’s Tuesday evening from 7-8 p.m. and Wednesday one hour prior to service. Interment, Mt.
