PRICE – Wayne Allen Jensen, age 37, passed away Jan. 7, 2011 in Price, Utah. He was born March 16, 1973 to Jack E Jensen and Charleen Mary Naillon in Salt Lake City, Utah.
He is survived by his mother, Charleen Jensen of Price; sister, Teresa (David) Fulkerson of Magna; nephews: Daniel Ray (Natalie) Morgan Jr., and Jack Jensen both of Price; nieces: Chantelle (Troy) Marlowe of West Valley City, and Sky Jensen of Price; four great-nieces and nephews; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Preceded in death by his father; and brother, Jack Jensen Jr.
Friends and family gathered for a viewing on Friday, Jan. 14, 2011 from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. at Fausett Mortuary (680 East 100 South – Price, Utah). Services and burial for Wayne will be at a later date.
