The annual Special Olympics Torch Run was held on May 20. The event is hosted by the Emery County Sheriff’s Office. Special needs children complete a run through Huntington, Castle Dale and Ferron as well as Green River. Each has the opportunity to run with the torch. The communities came out to cheer the runners on.
