PRICE- Our loving daughter, sister, aunt and friend, Darlene Baca, age 43, passed away peacefully March 6, 2011 at her home in Price.
She was born Dec. 31, 1967 in Price to Ida Sandoval and Elias Baca.
She was a graduate of Carbon High School Class of 1986.
Darlene liked to do crafts and take pictures. She enjoyed playing cards with her friends and being on the computer. She loved the outdoors, especially when she had the opportunity to go camping or fishing.
Survived by her mother, Ida Baca, Price; brothers, Wayne Baca, Price; and Phillip (Berna) Baca, Grand Jct, Colo.; nephews and nieces, Louie Santillanes, Eddie Santillanes, Tina Escoubat, Nicole Baca, Elaine Baca; cousins, Frankie Lee Keysaw and Steve Martinez; uncle and aunt, Frank (Betty) Martinez; niece, Bernice Martinez.
Preceded in death by her father and brother Joe Baca.
Funeral service, Friday, March 11, 2011, 2 p.m., Mitchell Funeral Home, Price. Family will be at Mitchell’s Friday one hour prior to service. Interment Price City Cemetery, Price. Friends are welcome at Mitchell’s daily and may share memories of Darlene online at www.mitchellfuneralhome.net.
