PRICE/ST. CLAIRSVILLE-Arthur Duane Wise, age 74, passed away May 5, 2012 at this home in Price, Utah. He was born Oct. 29, 1937 in Brownsville, Pa. to Arthur Woodrow and Dolly Herbert Wise. He married Opal Jane Semple in St. Clairsville, Ohio. Funeral service, Friday, May 11, 2012, 11 a.m., Mitchell Funeral Home (233 East Main Street in Price, Utah. Family will be at Mitchell’s Thursday evening from 7-9 p.m. and Friday one hour prior to services. Interment will be at the Mt.
