CASTLE DALE- Travis Timothy Jensen, age 38, passed away peacefully on May 8, 2012 at his home in Castle Dale due to a lengthy illness.
He was born Aug. 3, 1973 in Price, Utah to June Marie Jensen.
Survived by his brothers and sister, Mistie Jensen, Castle Dale; Dustin Tidwell, Cory Tidwell, Casey (Trish) Tidwell, Chad Tidwell, all of Price; daughters, Natasha and Melissa Snow and his ex-companion, Tina Snow; uncle, Vance Jensen, Castle Dale; also survived by his nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and numerous friends.
Preceded in death by his mother, June Marie Jensen.
