FERRON-Martha Jane Coley, age 91, passed away Sept. 6, 2012 at the Emery County Care and Rehabilitation Center in Ferron.
She was born April 28, 1921 in Bothwick, Nev. to Willy and Emma Jane Terry Bradley.
Married Donald Robert Coley, March 30, 1936 in St. George, Utah; he passed away on Feb. 18, 1977.
Martha was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She was a longtime resident of Ferron and a member of the Utah Historical Society, the Daughters of Utah Pioneers and the American Legion Auxiliary.
Martha had a zest for life and her youthful personality delighted the hearts of all. Her genuine warmth and concern will be greatly missed by all.
Survived by her loving son, Donald Lewis Coley, Ferron; five grandchildren, Wally (Julie) Jones, Mtn. View, Wyo., Lori (Brian) Thorn, Mapleton, Utah, Shayne (Chelsie) Coley, Gabriel Coley, both of Boise, Idaho, Joshua (Dawn) Coley, Las Vegas, Nev.; 15 great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren; many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
Martha was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Donald; son, Michael Guy Coley; daughter, Jacklyn Jones; and granddaughter, Karen Huntsman.
Funeral service, Tuesday, Sept. 11, 2012, 11 a.m., Millsite LDS Ward Chapel in Ferron. Family will be at the church Monday evening from 6-7:30 p.m. and Tuesday one hour prior to services. Interment, Ferron City Cemetery.
