MONTROSE/PRICE-Milford Harold Owen, age 87, passed away Aug. 29, 2012 in Price, Utah. He was born July 11, 1925 to Percy and Violet Williams Owen in Montrose, Colo. A celebration of Hal’s life will be Tuesday, Sept. 4, 2012, 10 a.m., at Mitchell Funeral Home (233 East Main Street-Price). Friends are welcome at Mitchell Funeral Home Tuesday one hour prior to services.
