ORANGEVILLE – Lea Ruth Madsen, age 26, returned to the peaceful arms of her Heavenly Father with her loving parents and brother at her side on Jan. 6, 2013 in Price, Utah. She was born in Price on March 19, 1987 to Lee and Kathleen Madsen.
Lea was raised in Orangeville. She was a fun child and enjoyed life. She loved butterflies, camping, and animals. She was quick to look for arrowheads and rocks on family outings. Lea loved to fish and be with her family. She was quick with her wit and loved to tease. She was a graduate from Emery High School and was nearing her graduation from USU. She was loved by her nieces and nephews and they were placed in high regard in her life. She will be missed by them, and they will miss making milkshakes with her.
The family would like to extend their thanks to those that have loved and been a part of Lea’s life. Thank you.
Lea is survived by her parents, Lee and Kathleen Madsen; siblings: Jennifer (Jason) Thomas, Geoff (Alisa) Madsen, and Andrew Madsen all of Orangeville, Margaret (Rick) Puckett of Saratoga Springs, and Daniel (Jenna) Madsen of Castle Dale; 11 wonderful nieces and nephews; and caring grandparents, Sheldon and Dorothy Madsen of Provo. She was welcomed into Heaven by infant brothers, Gregory and Lewis Madsen; and grandparents, Phileon and Hortense Robinson.
