For the second straight year the World Off Road Championship Series came to Price, to ride the Carbon County track. Riders came from every western state, some drove for two days just to be here.
With this the only Utah stop on the tour, the Utah riders were here in force. Other stops include Lake Havasu, San Diego, San Bernadino, Milford, Calif. and Washougal, Washington and Phoenix,Ariz.
Last year it was dust storms, this year it was mud and snow. It was truly off road racing.
Particpants included some of the best in the world like Ty Davis on bikes and Doug Eichner on quads.
