Price: Lavoy Anthon Mortensen, age 57, passed away Wednesday, April 2, 2014, in Salt Lake after a long and determined battle with Necrotizing Fasciitis Disease, central nervous system sleep apnea, and bacterial infections. He was born April 6, 1956 in Price, Utah to Charles A. and Donabelle Chidister Mortensen.
There was a memorial service held Monday, April 7, 2014 at 1 p.m. at the Price LDS 3rd Ward Chapel (303 West 500 South, Price). Family received friends starting at Noon prior to the service at the church. Interment, Elmo Town Cemetery. Services are in the care of Fausett Mortuary.
