EAST CARBON- Our beloved husband, dad, son, brother and grandson, Jeff Marshall, age 30 passed away on Sept. 10, 2014. Jeff was born on September 27, 1983 to Jim and Sherrie Averett Marshall. Married his soul mate Kim Albert on August 8, 2009 in Sunnyside. Memorial service, Thursday, Sept. 18, 2014, 2 p.m. Mitchell Funeral Home.
