Ortiz said we have a variety of healthy Mexican specialties. They offer seven varieties of meat and vegetarian selections. Ortiz has been in the restaurant business since 1991. He owned a restaurant in American Fork. He also worked as a Chef in Las Vegas at the Station Casinos. You can build your own burrito, burrito bowl, taco, salad, quesadilla or torta. Typically an entree consists of your choice of meat, rice and beans. The Palenque Gourmet Mexican Grill is located at 190 South Main Street in Huntington. They are open seven days a week. Their hours are Monday to Saturday 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. The Palenque Gourmet Mexican Grill accepts credit cards and call in orders.
