Nathan Cowley of the Castle Valley Composite Squadron received his first promotion in the Civil Air Patrol. Cowley received his Curry award and is now a Cadet Airman. Cowley is the son of Mel and Carma Whiting of Price and Ryan Cowley of Huntington.
