Lt. Col. Grossman trains local police officers and officers from around the area concerning violence and dealing with difficult situations that arise in combat and on the job.
He spoke of school shootings and how violent movies and video games are root causes of this evil trend in society. Aniston Curtis and Laryssa Guymon sang the National Anthem to open the event.
Lt. Grossman was brought to the county by the Emery County Sheriff’s Office and the Hunter Power plant.
Plant employees were also in attendance at the presentation.
