HELPER – Carroll Dean Jeffs, age 87, passed away peacefully Aug. 29, 2015in his home, surrounded by loved ones. Carroll was born Sept. 26, 1927 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Ephraim Leroy and Zola Leona (Fowles) Jeffs.
Memorial service was held Saturday, Sept. 5, 2015, 3:30 p.m., at Mitchell FuneralHome (233 E. Main Street) where the family received friends one half hour prior to service. Interment followed at Mountain View Cemetery in Helper. The family would like to thank CNS Hospice for their loving care.
