CARBONVILLE- Our beloved father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend, Mac T. Worley, age 90, passed away peacefully Sunday, May 31, 2015 at Castleview Hospital in Price. He was born Jan. 15, 1925 in Rains, Utah to Collier Edward and Maude Tidwell Worley.
