"Millsite Golf Course manager Kris Abegglen is looking forward to the 2016 golf season."

By PATSY STODDARD Editor

Chris Abegglen, the manager of the Millsite Golf Course is planning ahead to the golf season. There may be snow on the course now, but he thinks that’s good and will help the entire course throughout the hot summer months.
He wants to remind everyone what a bargain the golfing is at Millsite. Currently the course is selling yearly passes. For a senior citizen the cost is $275; $300 for a regular season pass; season pass for a couple is $575; season pass for a senior couple is $500; a season pass for the entire family is $650. For a junior golfer the pass is $125.
To play nine holes at the course is $11 and 18 holes is $22. Cart fee is $7 and $14 for 18 holes.
Also available at Millsite is a 10 punch and a $20 punch pass and also a 20 punch card for cart fees is offered for $120.
In comparision to other courses in the area Millsite is very reasonable. Moab is the most expensive golf course in the area with the fee for 18 holes at $33. Green River Golf Course is also a bargain with $10 for nine holes and $18 for 18 holes.
Call Kris at 896-3445 for more information and to get your golf pass. Millsite will reopen as soon as the snow melts, it’s estimated sometime the middle of March.
