The Emery High Lady Spartan golf team concluded their region season by winning the final region meet and adding to their ongoing region point lead.
Emery finished the season with 905 points with Grand High is second place with 697 points.
San Juan finished with 436 points and Manti finished with 409 points.
Sydnee Guymon finished the season with 234 points and led the region in scoring.
Taijah Price was second with 216 points and Sarah Swasey scored 174 points and finished tied for third place in the region.
Lainee Jensen scored 159 points and finished fifth and Sydney Timothy scored 151 points and finished in ninth place.
Emery will travel to the Heber Valley to Soldier Hollow golf course this Thursday and play in the 2-A Utah State golf tournament where they hope to improve on their finish from last season.
Last season Emery finished third behind Rowland Hall and Delta. Emery is ranked second this season going into the state meet. Guymon finished seventh last season and Price finished 11th.
