PRICE-Nedra Irene Watkins Cooper, age 86, passed away at her home in Sandy, Utah on Dec. 18, 2016 due to complications from a stroke on Thursday. Nedra was born to a family of 11 children, on Aug. 1, 1930 to Earl Lee and Lena Lovina Owen Watkins in Spring Canyon, Utah. She married Frederick Harold Cooper on Aug. 20, 1950 in Price, Utah. She lived in Price her whole life until moving to Sandy two years ago to be closer to family. Funeral services will be held Thursday, Dec. 22, 2016 at 1 p.m. at Mitchell Funeral Home (233 East Main, Price, Utah). Family will receive friends Thursday morning from 11:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. prior to services. Interment will be at the Price City Cemetery.
