WELLINGTON- Jay V. Draper, O.S. B., age 83, passed away Dec. 5, 2016 at his home. He was born Oct. 28, 1933 in Wellington, Utah to Verdis and Rose Bettino Draper. Married Rexine Martin on Jan. 27, 1951 in Santa Clara, New Mexico and they had five children. Memorial Mass was held, Friday, Dec. 9, 2016, 11 a.m., Notre Dame de Lourdes Catholic Church where the family received friends one hour prior to the mass.
