Olivia (Livvy) Phelps, 61, passed away Aug. 23, 2017 surrounded by her loved ones. She was born in Price, Utah on Sept. 5, 1955 to Dr. and Mrs. Oliver Wendell Phelps.  She grew up in Helper and graduated from Carbon High School. Funeral Mass, Wednesday, Aug. 30, 2017, 10 a.m., St. Anthony Catholic Church, Helper, Utah. Vigil service, Tuesday evening, 7 p.m. at the church. Family will receive friends at St. Anthony’s Tuesday and Wednesday one hour prior to services. Committal service, Mt. View Cemetery, Helper.
