COLUMBIA-Jesse “Shep” Byron Shepherd, 81, owner and operator of the Sunny Bowl and Shepherds Café passed away Feb. 15, 2017 at his home with his loving wife Barbara right by his side. He was born Feb. 2, 1936 in Harper Ward, Utah to Theodore “Ted” Shepherd and Violet Jensen. Married Barbara Ann Ream, Dec. 23, 1956 in Las Vegas, Nev. A viewing for Shep was held Saturday, Feb. 18, 2017, from 11 a.m. to Noon at the East Carbon LDS Ward. Graveside services followed at 12:30 p.m. at the Valley View Cemetery in Sunnyside, Utah.
