AMERICAN FORK-Debra Ann Hathaway, known to many as “Crusher” passed away on May 2, 2017 in Provo, Utah at the age of 60. Debra was born Jan. 4, 1957 in Torrance, California to Melvin Parish and Linda Shamburger. Celebration of Life, Friday, May 12, 2017, 11 a.m., Mitchell Funeral Home in Price, Utah. Family will receive friends one hour prior to service. Interment will follow in the Cliffview Cemetery in Price.
