The Emery High swim teams started off the 2017-18 season at home in the Emery Aquatic Center as they hosted Millard and Wasatch Academy in a tri-meet. Both the Spartans girls and the Spartan boys were victorious. The scores for the girls’ teams were Emery 407, Millard 206 and Wasatch Academy 32. For the boy’s teams, the scores were Emery 331, Millard 271 and Wasatch Academy 196. The Emery girls finished first in all three relay races, the 200-yard medley, the 200-yard freestyle and the 400-yard freestyle. Emery girl relay teams finished first through fourth in both the 200-yard medley and the 200-yard free and also four of the top five spots in the other relay.
