Ricky Hans Gilbert

Ricky Hans Gilbert passed away peacefully on Nov. 28, 2017 in West Hollywood, Calif. after a short courageous battle with brain cancer. 
Ricky was born Nov. 26, 1949 in Price, Utah to Ralph “Sonny” and Shirley Gilbert. He graduated from Carbon High, CEU, USU and the University of Ohio. He spent most of his life in the Los Angeles area where he leaves behind many good friends.
He is survived by brother Kent (Karyn) Gilbert, niece Kelli (Matt) Squires, nephew Victor (Lisa) Turner, their childern, special friend D.C.(Chicky) Otani and many cousins.
Ricky’s wishes were for no services and that his ashes be spread somewhere warm.
Family encourages giving to the American Cancer Society.
