Emery beats Carbon in annual match-up

The Carbon Dinos came to Castle Dale tonight to face the Emery Spartan boys basketball team. The Dinos returned to Carbon County with an 85-47 defeat at the hands of the Spartans.
The Spartans played well hitting a lot of three point shots.
The game was also a fundraiser for students at both schools who have cancer. Abbi Blackwell from Emery organized the fund raiser which included a raffle of basketballs signed by the teams, raffle of donated items and a donation of money and loose change by those attending the game.
