Several high school athletes were chosen as Academic All-state winners at the recent state tournaments. These student athletes maintain high grades while participating in a variety of sports.

Abbie Huntington has been selected to be a member of the Academic All State volleyball team. She is the daughter of Doug and Sandra Huntington of Orangeville. This award shows how athletics can be partnered with academics. Abbie is a 4.0 student at Emery High. She loves volleyball and basketball. Some of her other passions in life are spending time with her family and friends, riding horses, having something fun to do and she’s always looking for a new adventure.
