The Outstanding Athlete Award for 2003-2004 year at Canyon View Jr. High was awarded to Camille Fehlberg and Guy Judd, on May 25, at an award assembly. Each athlete has played sports for Canyon View each of their three years at the junior high.
This award is open to any athlete, male or female, who participates in all or most of the sport activities held during the school year. To apply for the most outstanding athlete award each participant combines their points, you get so many points if you have played sports, for citizenship and grades, and also writes an essay on how sports have influenced their lives. Both students will be going to Emery High School as sophomores next year. The school extends its congratulations to both of these fine athletes.
