Lady Spartans beat Richfield at home: tied for first place in region

The Lady Spartans lost to the Richfield Wildcats earlier in the season and the Spartans returned the favor as they beat the Wildcats tonight at home.
Richfield came out with the hot hand in their shooting. The Lady Spartans struggled a little to get the ball to go through the hoop as several close shots wouldn’t drop.
The Spartans rallied back and tied the score at 18 and never looked back as they went on to win the game 54-45.
With the victory this puts the Spartans and the Wildcats in a tie for first place in region.
