Shamus Hagen Tucker, date of birth, Nov. 28, 1998, appeared on charges, 1. Attempted aggravated burglary, a second degree felony. Two counts, aggravated assault, a third degree felony. 4. Riot, a third degree felony. 5. Purchase, possess, consume by minor, measurable amounts, a class B misdemeanor. 6. Carry a dangerous weapon under the influence of alcohol or drugs, a class B misdemeanor. 7. Unlawful purchase by interdicted person, a class B misdemeanor. Counsel requested the court to consider the defendant’s release with a monitor. The state was not opposed to the defendants release with the ankle monitor. The court indicated its first concern is public safety. The court ordered the defendant to remain in custody. The defendant can be released as soon as an ankle monitor is in place. If the defendant is still incarcerated on June 19 the court will review the matter.
Daiyaan Chapron, date of birth, May 25, 1992, was not present on charge, violation of a protective order, a class A misdemeanor. The state informed the court his office received a return on the certified mail and it was not deliverable. The court authorized a warrant with bail set at $5,000.
Jonathan Lloyd Brinkerhoff, date of birth, Jan. 31, 1987, was not present on charges, 1. Failure to stop or respond at command of police, a third degree felony. 2.
