Sterling Liddell

Sterling Blake Liddell, born June 19, 1970 passed away July 4th, 2018 at 6:50 p.m. in St. Louis, Missouri. A sudden and unexpected death due to the complications from cancer. He is the son of W. Blake Liddell and Karla J Hanson Liddell.
Sterling married Verlinda Hicks in the Manti Temple on March 19, 1994 and together they have eight beautiful children ranging in ages from 3 to 22.
His education and training were in statistical analysis and agribusiness and was currently employed by Rabo AgriFinance Rabobank as the Senior Vice President of worldwide grains, dealing in corn and soybeans.
He is a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints serving in many callings, including a mission in Sacramento, California. While living in Utah he served as a Hmong translator for LDS general conferences.
He is survived by his loving wife, Verlinda; his children, Richard, Daniel, Trala, David, Dallin, Tabetha, Russell, and Melody. His brother Gregory and his wife Jaimi; sisters Megan Liddell, Liana Moreland, and Ashley and her husband Cody Butler; many nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles, as well as other family members.
Sterling was unique, he had a gift of love for all people and was loved by all. He effortlessly served as a disciple of Christ, whom he loved. He has lived in many places including Utah, France, England, Iowa, and Missouri always leaving an impact wherever he stood. He traveled the world as an ambassador for Rabobank sharing his knowledge in worldwide grains in China, England, Australia, Mexico, Canada, Holland, and many states in the USA. He always loved being at home spending precious time with his cherished family. He was a loving father and husband that provided for and protected his family. Sterling has earned many rewards, certificates, and recognition, but the title he adored most was “Father” and “Husband”.
Services were held on Saturday, July 7, 2018 at 11 a.m. with viewing and family visitation from 8:30-10:30 a.m. at the Warrenton LDS chapel, on Hwy 47, Warrenton, Missouri.
Services will also be held on Saturday, July 14, 2018 at 11 a.m. with visitation from 10–10:45 a.m. at the Price 11th Ward, 303 West 500 South, Price, Utah. Interment will follow in the Wellington Cemetery, Wellington, Utah. Family and friends may sign the online guestbook and share memories of Sterling at www.fausettmortuary.com.
