The Bookcliff Muzzleloader club held their annual spring shoot at the Buckhorn Draw on May 4 and 5. The shooters participated in many events including paper and silhouette shooting as well as shooting novelty items like spoons, straws, charcoal briquettes and suckers.
More than 80 shooters from all over the state of Utah participated as well as people who just came to camp and observe the many events. Tomahawk and knife throwing, shot gun shooting, pistol shooting, kids games and the ever popular candy cannon were all part of the activities.
Mike Ott from Price was the top men’s shooter and Carolyn Davis from Roosevelt took top honors for the ladies.
