The new San Rafael Bed and Breakfast is officially open for business.

Danny VanWagoner, who now owns the Paul C. Christensen home in Castle Dale, held a grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony of the San Rafael Bed and Breakfast that he is opening in the historical home.
The open house was held on Oct. 4 and Castle Dale Mayor, Neal Peacock cut the ribbon to officially open the San Rafael Bed and Breakfast. The home, located at 15 East 100 North, was built by Christensen in approximately 1906.
Christensen was the first dentist to serve the Castle Dale community and lived and worked in the home for 15 years. The home is listed on the historical register for its social and architectural value.
VanWagoner decided to do renovations consistent with the architectural style of the home. Van Wagoner believes that guests will enjoy their stay with him and it rivals accommodations anywhere for its unique look and atmosphere.
