Steven and Lori Prince announce the marriage of their daughter Melissa Kay Childs to Jason Larry Wood, the son of Larry and Elaine Wood. The couple will be married Jan. 24 in the Mt. Timpanogos LDS Temple.
A reception will be presented in the newlyweds honor Jan. 24 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Carbon County Fairgrounds Community Center.
Melissa and Jason will make their home at Camp Pendleton, Calif., were Jason is stationed in the United States Marine Corps.

Aubre Ann Snow and Eran Michael Barnhart have chosen Jan. 17 to be married in the Mesa Arizona Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. A reception to honor the couple will be held that evening in Mesa, Ariz. An open house will also be held Jan. 24 in Wasilla, Alaska. Parents of the bride are Lyle and Shanna Snow, former residents of Ferron. Aubre is the granddaughter of Don and Virginia Snow of Ferron. Parents of the groom are Christy Gil and Michael Barnhart of Phoenix, Ariz. Aubre is a 2001 graduate of Wasilla High School and attended the University of Alaska. Eran is a 1998 graduate of Mountain Point High School and the Arts Institute of Phoenix Culinary School. He served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in the Panama City Mission. The couple will make their home in Phoenix, Ariz.
