The Green River Pirates clobbered the Navajo Mountain Jaguars in basketball action on Jan. 23. Green River picked up the win with a score of 96-50. They were led by the offensive and defensive play of 6’9″ Cody Webster. He was quick with the blocked shots and proved to be an insurmountable obstacle to the team from Navajo Mountain. Hyrum Mitchell brought the ball down the floor to execute some quick passes inside to both Webster and Jake Mecham.
