LaMarr Larson

Edna LaMarr Merrill Larson is turning 80 on Feb. 17. Her family is not holding a big party but would like all of her friends to know how much they love and admire their mom. When you see her out and about town, please wish her a very happy birthday and warmest wishes.
LaMarr was born in Sacramento, Calif. on a Sunday. She was both a twin, and the oldest of six children born to Orrin Roland and Nellie Gertrude McBride Merrill. She married Henry A. Larson of Ferron in the Idaho Falls Temple on Jan. 22, 1947. She moved to Ferron in 1966 with her family, Annell (Jackson), Dale, Charles and Curtis. Owned the Ferron Merc with her husband. Also worked at Killpack Locker and in the kitchen at San Rafael Jr. High. She and Henry served a mission for the LDS Church to Des Moines, Iowa after retiring. She has painted, and still quilts for all the grandchildren and visit teaches at the care center. She has at this time 16 grandchildren and nine and one-half great-grandchildren. Take some time and wish her a very happy birthday.
