Former Orangeville Author Hosts Book Signing

JoAnn Arnold, former resident of Emery County is hosting a book signing for her newest book Miracles for Michael, on June 26. JoAnn will be at the pharmacy/public health building, 25 West Main, in Castle Dale, to sign copies of her latest work.
JoAnn, while living in Orangeville, was asked by the Emery County Community Theatre to write a play centering around World War II and to coincide with the Smithsonian Institute’s exhibit commemorating the victory in that war. JoAnn’s play Rosie the Riveter, and a special edition article about the play were featured in the Smithsonian.
During her years living in Orangeville raising her family, she helped organize the Emery County Community Theatre and served as chairperson of that organization for 15 years. She served in many capacities during her tenure with the Theatre including, acting, singing, writing and directing.
JoAnn will be available for the signing from 10 a.m.-4 p.m.
