The Miss Emery County Pageant was held on July 17 in the Emery High School auditorium. Brandt Peacock opened the event by singing the national anthem. Master of Ceremonies was Dennis Worwood, who entertained the audience throughout the evening with Meagan Rogers, 2003 Miss Emery County, by his side. Special performances by Showtime Performers, Seth Bott, Rachel Rogers, Meagan Rogers, Shala Pitchforth, Nicole Sanders, Shawna Rogers, Jackie Rogers, Nikki Rogers and Hailee Rogers.
Competitors were Allison Wells, Holli Myerhoff, Natalie Newland, Valery Bell, and Tawni Bigelow. They competed in swim wear, talent, casual wear and on-stage interview and evening wear.
Myerhoff won a cash prize for selling the most tickets to the pageant. Wells was named first attendant and Bigelow was crowned 2004 Miss Emery County.
