Emery County residents celebrated Christmas on Saturday in a variety of ways. Church services were held throughout the county on Christmas Eve.
A flurry of activities preceded the holiday. The cities in the county held town parties. Schools held programs, choir and band concerts. The piano teachers held their annual festival with a variety of Christmas music. The new year arrives this week and the school children continue their vacation until school resumes on Jan. 3, 2005.
