Cheerleaders from the Castle Valley Athletic Association met at Canyon View Junior High and participated in the cheer competition. They competed in several categories of cheer and dance. Mont Harmon took first in incorporated routine and first in sideline dance; San Rafael first in novelty, drill dance and pom pom; Helper first in straight motion cheer and Canyon View first in cheer dance.
