The Utah Museum of Natural History’s traveling exhibit about Range Creek will be opened for display at the Museum of the San Rafael on April 7. That evening Duncan Metcalfe, curator of archaeology, Utah Museum of Natural History and Waldo Wilcox, former ranch owner along with Derris Jones from the Division of Wildlife Resources will be at the museum at 7 p.m. for introductions and questions. A family festival will be presented by the Utah Museum of Natural History and the Museum of the San Rafael from 5:30-6:30 p.m. where hands-on activities will be provided for the children. The exhibit, Range Creek: Protecting the Past and Planning for the Future will be available for viewing. From 6:30-7 p.m. refreshments will be served. The Museum of the San Rafael welcomes all to come and experience the intrigue of Range Creek.
